Township of Tiny Service Contract
The Penetanguishene Public Library has established a new library service agreement for 2026.
This agreement provides seamless services for the residents with no up front payment for memberships.
To join the Penetanguishene Public Library Government photo ID and proof of Tiny Township residency is required.
Membership forms are available to print on the links below.
Applicants who are renting in Tiny Township must complete the Tiny Township application form as well as have the landlord complete the Tenant Library Membership form.
Under Tiny Township Council direction, reimbursement is limited to one library per household. This means that residents can choose the library that is most convenient for them to use, and all members of that household can go to that library. Note: Library memberships are limited to one per household in total, not a membership at each library.
Renew Your Tiny Township Library Membership
If you already have a Penetanguishene Public Library card under the Township of Tiny Service Contract, you can renew your membership once a year.
Please ensure any outstanding fines are paid and provide valid government ID.
You can renew in person at the Library, or complete the Card Renewal Form below and upload copies of your library card and government ID. Your existing card will remain active after renewal.
